answer:It sounds like the eyepiece adjustment was moved during the fall. It is easy to adjust. You can find the instruction in the manual under: Adjusting the Diopter 1) Flip the power switch on the rear of the camera to “On.” 2) Squeeze both sides of the eyepiece attachment and pull up to remove the eyepiece from the optical viewfinder. 3) Place your finger on the camera’s diopter adjustment to the right of the optical viewfinder. The diopter dial is labeled with ”+/-.” 4) Peer through the optical viewfinder without your eyeglasses and lightly touch the shutter button to activate the camera’s focusing screen. 5) Rotate the diopter adjustment back and forth with your finger until the text data in the viewfinder appears sharply focused for your level of vision. 6) Slide the eyepiece attachment into the grooves on each side of the optical viewfinder. Enjoy.
