answer:Some personalities are just more assertive and flamboyant than others. I am very outgoing and love to make conversation and jokes with strangers, but, I am not obnoxious nor attention seeking. The woman was probably just having a moment of thinking out loud and maybe she was fishing for a reaction but, oh well….we can choose to engage or not. I love encountering playful and friendly personalities but have zero interest in a bitch fest with a stranger.
