answer:“Challenge” puts a positive spin on a difficult situation, implying that there is a solution worth pursuing, perhaps even a pleasant one. Simply labeling the situation a problem is negative and can be self-defeating. It implies that a solution, if there is one, may be too difficult to find and may well be very unpleasant to pursue. All we have to communicate with is words… why not keep them positive whenever possible?
