answer:It might be worth an experiment, but part of the goodness of avocado to me is its cool creaminess. You’d certainly lose that. It’s an experiment that I would see no point in making. I’ve heard from at least one friend who tried cooked cauliflower, riced (through a ricer, not “converted to rice”, which isn’t even possible, of course) as a rice substitute. She liked it and will use it again. I like rice, so I don’t see the need, but that’s worth a try, too if you can’t eat rice.
