answer:I’m just guessing. I assume the fat in our bodies needs to be heated above 105ish degrees. When we sit in the sun we still maintain a 98.6ish temperature unless we are experiencing heat stroke. Above 105 fever we risk our health in more than one way. There are different types of fat that have different melting points. Think of a piece of steak, when you cook it some if the fat melts off while some stays on the steak and that is cooked at well over 120 degrees. In the oven or over fire it is likely to be at around 400 to 450 degrees. In a pan it still is quite a high temperature.
