Last Answer : I don't know if it will cause any damage, but when I exercise and it brings on sore muscles, I find it best to rest for 1 or 2 days. In my opinion, the muscles are clearly doing the work ... if you continue to work out whilst your muscles are sore, then chances are you could cause a serious injury.
