Answer :

Engineering 

Because if we perceive medical as a career then we have to spend whole life in medical or its related. 

But if perceive for Engineering then we can do everything we have every sector open like Construction, Contractors, Tenders, industries, even hospitals and many more. Which isn't possible in medical field.

As Engineering is thing next to magic.

I would say there is no better field than another. Both fields are kind of complementary in a way that engineering provides necessary materials to the medical field while the medical field provides hands to cure
