Has anyone ever won $1 million on Wheel of Fortune?

1 Answer

Answer :

Since the show introduced the top prize of $1 million in 2008, three people have won it—Michelle Lowenstein in 2008, Autumn Erhard in 2013, and Sarah Manchester in 2014.To even have a chance at the $1 million prize, you have to land on the wedge on the big wheel, solve that puzzle, and win the main round without ever landing on bankrupt. Then, in the Bonus Round, the $100,000 prize is swapped out for the $1 million, and to collect that top prize, you have to land on that wedge on the Bonus Round wheel and successfully solve the Bonus Round puzzle. No wonder it's so rare.
