I need help. I can’t find anything online about this so I thought I’d ask here. There are times throughout the day where I will suddenly not know what I’m doing or will have to think extra hard on what to say bc I forgot what words fit where. It’s hard to explain but basically it’s like I’m doing or saying something but then my brain forgets I’m doing it and forgets the basic functions for that thing/sentence. It’s like I lost the connection between my brain and hand or like I lost consciousness. Does this make any sense? If anyone here knows what this is or anyone else who experiences this please comment!
