There are many, many manufacturing companies who make air condtioners. Some of them include General Electric (GE), Frigidaire, LG, Haier, Whirlpool, Fedders, Kenmore, Sunpentown and Soleus. The best air conditioner I ever purchased was a window air unit by LG. They have the latest designs, use the latest technologies and keep the room cold!
