My children love the basic, un-fancy variation of deviled eggs. Just the yolks, some mustard, some mayonnaise, some dill pickle relish, some salt and some pepper and a touch of cream of tartar to stiffen it up. No salmon, seafood or crazy additions that you or I would normally feel inclined to add.
