I'm not sure what you mean by "without knowledge." If you mean you don't know what to do about the citation, it should tell you on the citation. You might have to pay a fine, or they might be taking away your license (or both). So, you need to pay the money, or turn in your license, or whatever they ask in order to comply with the law. If you mean that you didn't know your license was suspended, then you might want to talk to a lawyer about the circumstances, and see if there is anything that you can do. ... You might want to talk to a lawyer in any case, since your ability to drive could be in serious jeopardy.
