How to decorate a summer cottage?
Nothing unique - original though. All ideas have been tested, crafts are quick, from what is at hand. A bit of ingenuity, invention and patience.
Old utensils in the service of the new settler
The wife of a neighbor who bought an old house raked out sheds and closets. Impossible amount of leaky utensils: pots, basins, pots. Literally a month later, it was impossible to recognize the yard of the house under construction. A huge fly agaric in a hat from the largest basin, dressed in a police uniform, met the guests at the gate, showing the way with a real rod. Dwarfs with heads made of pots, in hats made of aluminum plates, hand in hand, barred the way to the dug pit. The path to the house through the clay soil was lined with inverted pans: they were set tightly and just above the mud. There is no desire to invent something, you can buy ready-made figurines for the garden, you can get acquainted with the assortment and prices here .

Wonderful flowerpots, stylish and original, made by our friend in one day. The neighbors have a business - live draft ****. Dark brown containers (ten-liter) from under the drink are cut in half: the lower part is a ready-made flowerpot, and the upper part is suspended from the wall through the **** dispenser (hollow rod). The edge is cut figuratively - either with teeth, or with beautiful waves. The flowerpots are light, all the same, you can put as much soil in them as needed, they keep their shape remarkably. Petunias, ampelous pansies, curly ornamental strawberries (duchenei) are all hung along the stairs on the porch. For fast flowerpots (seedlings were not planted in advance), indoor balsams, begonias, pansies, all kinds of flowering mosses, even shallots were used.
Treats in a leaky barrel
A successfully found method of growing cucumbers in a barrel prompted a neighbor to decorate the yard with four similar structures, of course, already painted. The barrels are on stands, the total height is one meter. Holes were made across the entire surface, in them mustaches of remontant strawberries (mustachioed) are planted, this miracle blooms and bears fruit all season - from April (warming up very fast and early) to the end of October (middle zone of Russia). The barrels are located in the corners of the playground - adults do not get berries.
Seychelles near Moscow
The wiggling head of a giant turtle crawling out of the thicket shocked me. My friend and husband watched my fright with undisguised amusement. Falling young branches of maiden grapes sway from the slightest breeze, creating the illusion of movement of the animal. The turtle's head is made from driftwood brought from the forest. The carapace is an excellent and stable bench seat. The solid structure is hidden in the shadow of a vine.

On the track: near the cafe there is a huge meadow of lilies of the valley of all sizes. The stems are long, slightly curved (a piece of green plastic tube is put on a metal rod). White bottles with a cut-off bottom are attached to the top of the stem and swing when the wind blows. Lilies of the valley with one liter bottles - up to two meters high, with bottles of baby food - cubs, up to 30 cm high. The unreality of the lily of the valley forest is emphasized by the name of the cafe - "Alice".
