Last Answer : It is not possible - it contradicts the Labor Code. ;-) A trial period can be agreed for a maximum of three months. And if a shorter one is agreed upon starting work, it may not be extended (even for ... - the probationary period can be up to 6 months - but only for managers, not for "ordinary". ;-)
