Here are the steps -  1.Backup data. 2.Remove damaged glass. 3.Remove LCD screen. 4.Disconnect digitizer cable. 5.Connect new digitizer cable. 6.Re-connect LCD cable. 7.Re-insert four LCD screws. 8.Clean surface with compressed air 9.Test. 10.Put new glass in place.
