When loading on plates in the kitchen, only put deep plates on the soup you pour on the table. When you put the main course in bowls and dishes, with the necessary forks and small ladles, on the table and everyone picks them up, put them under the deep plates as well as the shallow ones. It is better to prepare food in bowls on the table. It's nicer, everyone takes as much as they dare and you don't have to ask everyone how much they want and you have more peace of mind sitting at the table with the guests. I love such serving. The master of the house takes care of the drink. :O
