For the third time, my shoes are changing and falling apart. I want my money back. Will they change me like this indefinitely?

1 Answer

Answer :

it is an irremediable defect in practice, if the SAME remediable defect appears three times (so for the first time even after two repairs) from the description, but I assume that the defect was irremediable the first time (it could not be repaired, shoes had to be replaced), so it should go away from the purchase contract for the first time
