Is lemon greasy?

Normally I would say no but when it leaks on my hand it feels greasy. It's so slippery and can't be washed away.

Answer :

Citrus peel contains oils (it is even "extracted" - and sold as part of the so-called "fragrant" oils, for example in aroma lamps). For washing (these oils are relatively resistant to "detergents"), use either core soap ("deer") or technical organic solvents (petrol, acetone, toluene ...) - depending on where (and why) you want to wash them. :O
