Cucumber Raita
Ingredients
Cucumber 1 cup grated
Yogurt 2 cups fresh
Cumin powder 1 tsp.
Red chilli powder 3/4 tsp.
Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves chopped finely 1 tbsp.
Mint Leaves chopped finely 1/2 tbsp
Green Chilli finely chopped 1
Directions
Beat yogurt till smooth
Add all the ingredients
Mix well and chill for an hour before serving
