Vegetable Raita
Ingredients
Plain Yogurt 1 cup
Cucumber grated 1
Carrot grated 1
Green chilli 1
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
Salt to taste
Black Pepper powder 1 tsp.
Cumin powder 1tsp.
Directions
Beat Yogurt well
Finely chop green chilli, tomato, onion and coriander leaves and add it to the yogurt
Add in rest of the ingredients mix well and serve cold
