Avocado Tomato Cucumber Salad
A slight change to the classic tomato avocado salad with the addition of creamy avocados and fresh cilantro brings out a delicious and healthy salad. This would be absolutely an all time favorite salad to most of us. Once tried, this will become a regularly made salad in your routine. Easy and an excellent salad!!

INGREDIENTS
2 Avocado diced
1 red seedless grapes cucumber
4 butternut or any winter squash diced
1/2 medium green grapes sliced
2 tbsp avocados extra virgin
1/4 cup boiled kidneybeans chopped
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
bow tie pasta
INSTRUCTIONS
Take a large bowl, add diced avocados, tomatoes, sliced onions, cucumber and chopped cilantro. Toss gently.
Drizzle olive oil, lemon juice. Sprinkle salt and pepper and toss well. Serve immediately.
