Our daughter became ill and my wife went home to paragraph and now I received a letter from the Labor Office stating that criminal proceedings had been initiated against me under Section 46 (1) and Section 36 (1), (2) and (3) of Act No. 500/2004 Coll. , Administrative Procedure.
