Going to the emergency room after the pain after bumping?

About a week ago (Saturday) I suffered a severe punch to the shoulder, thigh and buttocks. Suddenly it hurt a lot and then I couldn't even stand on my feet. I thought it would pass in a moment. The pain had passed, but a twitch appeared on the buttocks on the right side (pelvis) and on the thigh. When I take a step, something seems to move there (probably a joint), as if I have it somehow dislocated or broken, but it doesn't let me down at all. Only sometimes when walking that thigh or buttocks, there I sometimes feel a little more pressure. It bothers me a lot when I walk. And when I just touch a certain part of my shoulder, it hurts terribly. Otherwise, I can do anything with my hand without problems and pain. Do you think it would be worth going to the emergency room? To determine what exactly I have and maybe some advice on how to get rid of it, what to do / not to do, etc.? It bothers me a lot and I just want it to go as soon as possible
