Can asthma cause your B/P to rise. I have trouble lifting and going up stairs, I get out of breathe easily, even to carry grociers in house. I use my emergency enhaler. Should I be concerned and go to the dr.?
Asthma is a serious but manageable disease. Lack of air and constriction of airways can certainly cause higher blood pressure (and other symptoms) - you have an emergency inhaler but should not rely on it for ongoing symptoms. Do see your health professional regularly and have your symptoms and their severity monitored and tracked.
