Shuts down or restarts itself

Hello, I have a problem with the fact that I have a Sony mobile phone and quite often it either turns off then turns it on and instagram, for example, is logged off or it restarts itself. Usually this is when I clean the mobile phone via the clean Master application then I put it to sleep normally and restart it. I need advice on how not to do this. Thanks in advance for your answer;)
