It is part of mental health (balance) that we are able to do our daily tasks without stress, anxiety or depression. The new challenges are not a problem, we can do the future tasks properly. The problem starts there when someone has difficulty with it, which can lead to stress and over time depression. At idle, self-confidence, strength, perseverance, and self-confidence are what prevent us from tackling such problems, but if the crack does hit, it is almost impossible to get out of trouble without the aforementioned qualities. ONLY YOU can help yourself, you can get help, but it will be up to you to decide whether or not to heal. Of course, the body and soul are strongly in balance, so it’s important to also do some kind of exercise that we love and enjoy. In addition, it’s worth finding goals and hobbies that give meaning to our lives. It is important not to force ourselves to look for activities that WE LOVE AND ENJOY. I think these are the basics to be mentally healthy.
