I want to start meditating. Is there an exact way to do this?

First, create peace around you. turn off all distractions and then look for a meditation music. Sit cross-legged, close your eyes, put your hands together. Then try not to think about anything, just pay attention to breathing. Slow down your breathing, then let go of all the annoying, annoying things and think of good things. Do it while it's okay.
