It depends on what your goal is. If there is new wiring, piping, then maybe, but the structure could be weakened by then. I would rather vote for a newer or brand new build. More reliable.

Last Answer : The seller says of course it's worth it. :) There is definitely no point in replacing the bed frame. I think this mattress is also a little harder. I don't think you would even feel the difference ... current one. Maybe a mattress cover sheet may be good, but any other sheet or blanket will do.
