Ham-Peas and Cheese Casserole - servings 8
8 oz egg noodle, cooked
10 3/4 oz low-fat cream of mushroom soup
2 cup ham, extra lean, boneless, cooked and cubed
1 cup canned peas, drained
1 1/2 cup low-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp dry mustard
In a 2-quart glass casserole dish, combine noodle substitute, ham, cheese, soup, peas, and mustard. Mix well. Top with onions. Cover and microwave on medium-high for fifteen minutes.
