Italian Grilled Cheese Sandwich - serves 1
3/4 ounce mozzarella cheese shredded
Dash oregano leaves
2 slices white bread
2 tsp reduced-calorie margarine, melted
3 fresh basil leaves or dash dried basil
1/2 medium tomato, cut into 3 slices
In small mixing bowl combine cheese and oregano; set aside.
Brush both sides of each slice of bread with margarine; top 1 slice of bread with cheese mixture, the basil, tomato, and remaining bread slice.
Spray 6-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat; add sandwich and cook over low heat, turning frequently, until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
