How perfume is made: Production Process At the beginning of the production process , the primary ingredients of the product have to be brought to the production center. Plant essentials are carefully collected from all over the world for proper aroma, and products derived from animals are obtained directly from the extraction of animal fats. Aromatic synthetic perfumes are made by aromatic chemists in the laboratory in a mixture of different types of chemicals. Extraction method A variety of oils are extracted from flowers and trees , which are used in making perfumes. Oil is extracted from the tree. There are several ways to do this. The easiest way is to squeeze the oil out of the tree. Enfleurage and maceration are other methods by which oil is extracted from trees. In this method oil is extracted using grease or hot fat. Oil can also be extracted by boiling the tree. This method is called Steam Distillation. Some producers use solvent extraction methods to extract oil. In this method the plant is soaked with Benzene and Ethyl Alchohol . Later it is burned to extract oil. If you've ever wondered why perfume is so expensive , you know that it takes 60 roses to make a 15ml French perfume bottle just to extract the oil. Quality control perfume production is very risky because the quality of perfume depends heavily on the proper yield of plant substances and the availability of animal products. One pound of flower oil requires thousands of flowers and if the flowers are affected by seasonal crop diseases and adverse weather conditions then the proper quality of the fragrance is hampered. In addition, it is difficult to maintain the proper quality of natural oils. In addition to this problem, there are many problems in collecting natural animal oil. It is not possible to get the necessary material from them without killing / hunting many animals , again killing / hunting many animals is illegal. Again, many animal products have to be procured from different countries , such as deer musk from Tibet and China . Beavers from the former Soviet Union ; Gandhagokul cat from Ethiopia. The future is now much easier to create perfumes than ever before. Perfumes now use synthetic chemicals instead of natural oils and are being marketed at a much lower concentration than before and have doubled in durability. Like aromatherapy , the use of perfume has increased in various studies. Used to attract others with a combination of body odor and perfume odor. The release of pheromones in the brain, like other mammals, stimulates humans to attract the opposite sex. And perfumes are using substances that duplicate the effects of pheromones to stimulate sexual arousal receptors in humans. Perfumes can suppress body odor , improve their physical and mental well-being as well as their sex life.
