Voices are very popular. If you have a beautiful voice, you will be appreciated by everyone. Beautiful voices are much appreciated by the singers as well as the common people. But the voices of many are not beautiful. Either has a very thick or very thin voice. The matter is very natural. However, there is a way to make the voice beautiful if desired. There are various postures in yoga that can be used to improve the tone of voice. Throne is one of them. Apart from this, pranayama also benefits the voice in many cases. To ascend the throne, first sit on the bench and then on the mandakasana. In other words, bend your knees, bend your legs and sit on the floor between the soles of the feet in a parallel position so that the big toes of the two feet touch each other and the folds of the feet are spread on both sides of the buttocks. Now lift the buttocks a little and sit up straight with your toes and spread the knees on both sides as much as possible. Now spread the fingers of the hand and place the palm of the hand on both the animals or on the knees or on the floor in front of the knees like a lion's paw. Now spread the two jaws and open the mouth as much as possible and bring out the tongue as much as possible and attach the chin to the throat. Keep your eyes focused on the nostrils or between the two eyebrows and keep exhaling with your mouth shaking like a lioness. Then breathe normally through the nose and continue to exhale through the mouth as before. Try to do it as simply as possible at once. Then take a break and practice the asana 2-3 times in this way and take rest in breathing as required. This sitting habit eliminates stuttering due to lack of performance of the muscles on all four sides of the voice. Helps to alleviate tonsil problems. This seat enhances hearing. Those who hear less in the ear to thicken the eardrums , they can benefit from the habit of sitting. The harshness of the voice is largely eliminated in this sitting habit and the vocal tone of the music students is sweetened. Practicing Sarbangasana , Matsyasana and Halasana with this asana gives quick results. Some varied practices can be observed on this throne. Sitting on the Gomukhasana or sitting on the Padmasana with both hands on the floor in front of the Padmasana sitting on the knees, this posture is also seen in the posture of crawling. In this case the process of exhaling the tongue and inhaling and exhaling is the same.
