The number of patients suffering from kidney disease is increasing day by day in Bangladesh. Many people die of this disease every year. Treatment of this type of disease is also quite expensive. So the kidneys should be taken care of in advance. So find out today 10 ways to keep the kidneys good. Drink enough water. Drink at least eight glasses of water or liquid food every day. However, in case of excessive sweating, the amount of water consumption should be increased. Drinking enough water does not cause kidney stones and its normal functioning is normal. Eat less salt. Eating too much salt is bad for kidney health. The human body needs only one teaspoon of salt per day. So make it a habit to avoid eating too much salt to keep your kidneys healthy.
