Allah created mankind from dust , jinn from fire and angels from light. The fact that man is made of clay has been variously described in many places in the Holy Qur'an. The Prophet Muhammad (sm) was also a man and he too was made of clay. In this case, there is no room for doubt. However, many believe that the Messenger of Allah (sm) is the creation of light , whereas the Qur'an-Sunnah and the Salafis say that he was created from dust. First of all, what do people have to understand ? On the basis of various verses of the Qur'an and Sahih Hadith, it is clear that man is made of clay. Not made of light or fire. The Prophet was a man ? Or angels ? If the angel said then what is the reason to complain to the polytheists in Arabia ? In the words of the Holy Qur'an: Say : My **** ! Who am I but a human messenger ? When guidance comes to people, it prevents them from believing, saying , " Has God sent man as a messenger ?" Say: If there were angels in the earth , I would certainly have sent to them angels from the sky. { Surah Bani Isra'il - 93 , 94 , 95 } Elsewhere it has been narrated - Translation - They also say that why no angel was sent to him ? If I had sent an angel , the whole thing would have been over. Then they were not given even the slightest respite. If I had sent an angel as a messenger , he would have been in human form. He also doubted what he was doing now. আন Surah An-Nam-6 , 9 } No disbeliever doubted that the Prophet (peace be upon him) was a human being. This was the reason why the disbelievers of Makkah wondered why Allah sent people without angels as messengers . The Qur'anic document about Muhammad (sm) being a “man” made of clay: (1) Allah says : I am only a man , a messenger '(Bani Isra'il 93). (2) Allah also said , " Say , " I am a man like you , that I return to me , Your God is one. So whoever desires to meet his **** , let him do good deeds and not associate anyone with the worship of his **** '(Kahf 110). ( 3 ) Allaah says ( interpretation of the meaning ) : Ha-meem prostration 6). Is being made of light proof of excellence ? It is completely wrong to say that something made of light will be the best. Rather the key to excellence is to excel in its inner quality. Man made of clay is better than the angel made of light. Document - وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ Translation: Surely I have honored the son of Adam. { Surah Bani Isra'il-60 কোথা Nowhere in the Qur'an is it said to give dignity to the jinn made of fire or the angel made of light. But Allah Ta'ala has clearly declared to give dignity to the people made of clay. Which clearly proves that being made of light is not the only proof of excellence ? Moreover, the man made of earth with the jinn made of fire and the angels made of light prostrated Allah Ta'ala to Hazrat Adam (peace be upon him) and explained that the creation of fire or the creation of light is not proof of any superiority. Evidence of excellence is - the inner quality whose best is the real best. I want it to be made of clay , I want it to be made of light, I want it to be made of fire. فَإِذَا سَوَّيُتُهُ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِي فَقَعُواْ لَهُ سَاجِدِينَ (29) فَسَجَدَ الْمَلآئِكَةُ كُلُّهُمْ দিল َجَام All the angels prostrated themselves before him. { Surah Hijr-29 , 30 } So it is an unreasonable attempt to try to prove the superiority of the greatest human being made of clay, the Prophet (peace be upon him) as being made of light. He is a human being made of clay. But he is a great man. He is the best after Allah. There is no one else like him. He is the best of all creatures. All the people made of clay , all the jinn made of fire , all the angels made of light. For example, Gabriel is the best of all angels made of light. In the same way, this great man made of clay, the Prophet (peace be upon him), the Prophet made of clay, and all the people and all the jinn are also better and better than the angels. Allah has never created a better and better creation like him , nor will He ever create one. Even then, trying in vain to make the Prophet (peace be upon him) from clay to light is nothing but a ridiculous attempt. May Allah grant us the grace to abstain from these unnecessary debates and to collect the worship of the Hereafter.
