Four doctors of Dhaka Medical College (DMC) Hospital are in Home Quarantine. They were in charge of the outdoor department. They usually saw patients with cold , fever and pneumonia on a regular basis . The doctors recently advised four patients to go to Kuwait Maitri and Kurmitola Hospitals as they had symptoms of coronavirus in their bodies. They were later identified as corona patients in IEDCR tests. So these doctors have been sent to the home quarantine. DMEC principal Khan Abul Kalam Azad confirmed the matter to Jago News. He said since the coronavirus was detected in Bangladesh , a lot of patients with pneumonia , fever , cold and cough have been coming to DMCH every day. After hearing the statements of three to four of these patients, they were sent for treatment in a government-allocated hospital outside the DMK. Those patients were diagnosed with coronavirus. And four of the doctors who treated them have been placed under home quarantine. All four are doctors in the medicine department of DMEC Hospital. Meanwhile, a one-and-a-half-hour meeting of doctors and professors was held at Dhaka Medical College on Wednesday morning. At the meeting, the doctors were asked to ensure their safety and provide treatment. At the end of the meeting, a DMCH professor told reporters , " We urge everyone , if you have a slight fever or cough, do not come to the hospital and observe from home." And if it is accompanied by shortness of breath, then go to the four hospitals designated by the government for treatment.
