In agricultural activities, people are exploited like landless labourers.  (i) Their income level is low.  (ii) There is no job security.  (iii) Agriculture is seasonal in nature and there is no fixed pay.  (iv) No other benefits such as pension, medical facility, paid leave, Provident Fund, safe environment, etc., are available.
