Answer :

It should be trimed every early spring.  for right now you can mix 2 tablespoons dawn 1 qt water and spray.............spray again when you see them....spray the leaves, the fruit and the trunk................spray again after the rain.  In the fall when the leaves drop spray with dormant oil.  In early spring use the dormant oil all the way up to the bud stage..............after than I only spray the trunk.  Read the directions carefully with this oil.  Wear long clothes, mask, goggles, hat & gloves.  Keep children & pets away until this dries.  Don't spray if it is going to rain or don't spray if it is windy.  Also check ph......should be 6.0-8-0...........we use lime every year because we had our soil tested we also add composted horsemanure around the tree every spring
