What are these little round black things on the leaves of my mustard greens?

they are in the bettle family.....but they don't like soap baths.....................when the sun goes down mix up 1 teasp of liquid hand soap into 1 qt water and spray top leaves and bottom leaves and around the dirt where the plant is....check your other plants to see if they are in yhour broccoli or cauliflower...................can be repeated.........this is the safest thing to use.........................if it rains or they come back it is safe to do it again...............I do not like to use chemicals on food that we eat.
