answer:Pretty tough to do to be honest because drums are usually mixed well in the stereo field and can’t easily be isolate from other instruments with EQing. I would try loading the song into an audio editing program, and using a gate plugin to try and detect the transients, but to be honest it will be very tough to get useable results.
