Are the acia supplements good for you?

1 Answer

Answer :

Acai is not a diet pill so it’s not necessarily bad in that sense. The truth is that there have been no studies yet to determine if Acai usage for dieting has negative side effects. We know that when taken as an herbal supplement it is great for antioxidants and such. For those reasons I would say if you take it as an herbal supplement and in the meantime lose some weight then yay. I just wouldn’t count on it making you lose weight or take extra so that you lose weight. After another post about this I started adding a tbsp a day to my smoothies of Acai. Not sure yet if it works. Hubby works at an herbal factory so it was easy for me to obtain in its pure form.
