I would try melatonin before resorting to ****. Here are the issues with ****: 1. Will make you need to hit the restroom during the night. 2. Fattening. 3. Addictive. You will need more and more as time goes on to get sleepy. This also increases #1. 4. For some such as myself it helps you get to sleep only to wake you up in the middle of the night unable to get back to sleep.
