It feels like versions of this question have been asked before, and you might want to check the archives of ask-public, but what I recommend is writing down everything that is on your mind. Then waiting a few minutes and seeing what else bobs to the mind’s surface, and writing that down as well. There will be a time when everything is written down, and you decide when and where you want to deal with each issue, and then your mind is clear, and you will be able to sleep.
