Last Answer : I try to remember that whatever happens, another person's behavior honestly and absolutely has nothing to do with me. It is not easy to do this! But the more I can catch myself before I either go off ... they've left it. It's like hitting yourself with a ball peen hammer, otherwise. Why do that?

Last Answer : I get it a lot. My stomach got really sensitive not too long ago and I throw up after certain foods and sometimes feel sick all day. I try and just have a lot of water, eat something that’s not too flavorful (my favorite is saltines or rice) and lie down for a bit. Water helps me the most, though.
