I log onto WoW and kill bad guys for a while to vent some frustration, then I usually turn on good music and sing my holy guts out. If my hubby gets home at a decent time or my mom is available for babysitting, I go shopping for a new purse or pair of shoes or something else totally frivolous.

But the more I can catch myself before I either go off ... they've left it. It's like hitting yourself with a ball peen hammer, otherwise. Why do that?
