Answer :

The exclamation point means that the song needs to be re-located. It could mean that you sorted your music, and the songs are not in the place where iTunes thinks it should be. Double click on the song and then use the locate feature to show iTunes where it is now. Then, go to Edit>Preferences>Advanced and then click the “Keep iTunes Media folder organized” to avoid getting your music “lost” again.
