Get good quality sleep the night before. If you think you’re putting 7–8 hours and still feel tired, you may be suffering from a sleeep disorder, like apnia, that wears your body down even after a long sleep. You should consult with a sleep disorder specialist. At the time you need to stay awake, and caffeine is not an option, try snacking on chocolates . . . wash your face with cool water . . . do some stretching.
