answer:I think, tension, stress or anything that you don’t want to happen in your life is happening with you and constantly thinking about that is making you away from sleeping. As per my opinion, instead of thinking about why is so happening, it would be better to think how you can cure it. Take leave from your work, spend time with your family and friends, try meditation and Yoga and go out to have fun. You will definitely feel better.
