answer:Here’s a simple recipe that I use when fresh herbs are not available, fresh can be substituted at a rate of 2 or 3 to 1: 1 cup mayonnaise ½ cup sour cream ½ tsp dried chives ½ tsp dried parsley ½ tsp dried dill weed ¼ tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper (ground) Mix well together in a large bowl, if dried ingredients are used, refrigerate in a covered container ½ hr to several hours before serving. Fresh can be served immediately. Keeps well covered in the fridge for several days (herb flavor gets stronger). Serves about 12.
