1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
8 ounces Castello Extra Creamy Danish Blue Cheese
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
½ teaspoon black pepper
5 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
1 tablespoon minced green onion
INSTRUCTIONS
) Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish, and pepper in a food processor; puree until smooth.
