answer:I overcame feelings of inadequacy the first time I managed to do something I really thought I could not do. For the first time in my life, instead of over thinking shit, I just closed my eyes and did it. In the end it wasn’t even as difficult as I believed it would be. I know this sounds too simple but believe me, the simplest ideas on paper are the hardest ones to implement in real life. There is no trick in fighting through it. You simply put your head down and go. Your mind is your best friend and your worst enemy. The real trick is in knowing which one is talking to you at any given time.
